Medication Management

Thoughtful, conservative, evidence-based prescribing, always paired with the bigger picture.

What it is

Medication Management

Medication can be a powerful tool, and we treat it like one tool among many. Our philosophy is simple: the fewest medications at the lowest effective dose, chosen carefully and reviewed together.

Appointments give you real time to talk. Every prescribing decision is grounded in current evidence and made alongside therapy and lifestyle, never in isolation. We'll explain what a medication does, what to watch for, and why it's a good fit before you start anything.

Whether you're starting your first medication, simplifying a complicated regimen, or maintaining something that already works, the goal is the same: using only what's needed and nothing more.

Who it's for

Is this right for you?

  • People who want a careful, conservative approach to medication
  • Anyone managing anxiety, OCD, depression, ADHD, and more
  • Those who feel over-medicated and want to simplify
  • People seeking a second opinion on a current regimen
  • Patients who want medication and therapy handled together

Our Approach

How we approach it

Conservative, evidence-based, and collaborative. We review the research with you, talk through benefits and trade-offs, and adjust as you go, so you stay fully in control of your care.

Medication works best as part of the bigger picture, so it's coordinated with therapy and lifestyle foundations that support lasting change.

The fewest medications, at the lowest effective dose.

Frequently asked questions
